· 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy across IT/Non IT/Bulk Hirings
· Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration,
· Proven ability to source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple channels
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
