Hiring for Recruitment Consultant

· 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy across IT/Non IT/Bulk Hirings

· Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration,

· Proven ability to source, screen, and engage candidates across multiple channels

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
